In a Daze

Nothing could kill the mood I'm in right now. I opened my mailbox today to find the best news EVER! I am one of 70 students who have been accepted at the university I've been crossing my fingers and toes hoping to get into! It's real now, I'm going to teacher's college this September!!

I can't stop grinning and I feel like I'm floating! Life is good!

WOO HOO!!!!! Doing the HAPPY DANCE!!! Congrats Jaime on getting into teacher's college - you SO deserved it. I just *knew* you'd get in and we're thrilled over here. Gabriel was wondering if you were going to be a student teacher and come to his school?? The idea made him smile at the possibility :)

I am so HAPPY for you and know that you will be one of the BEST teachers EVER!!!

Thanks for your congratulations ladies! I am still in a daze and can't wipe the grin off my face.

Joanne, that's really sweet of Gabriel! How cool would it be if that was the case? Unfortunately it won't be though, the uni works closely with a handful of selected schools and St. L's isn't one of them.

Oh well, maybe Gabriel will be able to give me some tips on what makes a good student teacher! :) The kids know best... Yippee!!

This is SOOOOOOOOO wonderful and definitely deserved! You are a born teacher and will make such a positive and important impact on your students. MAn, I'm proud to be your friend!
Kim and I were talking about your road to get to this point and are so impressed. This is THE program with the most challenging process to get in--did I mention I'm proud???
